Rick Henry is the President of Byron Products since 1999. He has been with the company 1989. He has over 30 years experience in the metalworking industry. Rick enjoys riding his motorcycle and has hunted big game thoughout North America.

Jim Meyer
Process Engineer
Jim Meyer has been with Byron Products since 1999. He graduated from Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jim enjoys sailing, rappelling, water skiing, and white water kayaking. He also finished a couple of marathons and triathalons.

Gary Butikofer
Process Engineer
Gary Butikofer has been with Byron Products since May 2001. Gary has been working in the brazing and heat treat industry for over 25 years. He is married to his wonderful wife, Kathy and has 3 beautiful children, Austin, Blake and Regan. He is involved with the school’s marching band, boys baseball and girls fast pitch softball. Gary spends his free time cooking, attending his kid’s sporting events and riding his motorcycle.

Metallurgist/Coating Systems Engineer
Jeff is a Metallurgical Engineer with 26 years experience in Plasma Sprayed Coatings, Diffusion Coatings, and Vacuum Heat Treating and Brazing. When not at work, Jeff enjoys home remodeling projects, auto repair, and playing guitar.

Paul Dubuque
Plant Manager
Paul Dubuque has been with Byron Products since 2003. Prior to Byron Products he was in a high volume house ware company for 25 years. Paul grew up in New England. He has three adult children and loves his dogs (German Shepherds). Paul enjoys a good challenge and making chili.

Quality
Michelle Davis-Lawson joined Byron Products in 2007 as the Quality Manager. Michelle has many years experience in the Aerospace industry. When not managing the quality department, Michelle enjoys relaxing on the porch when it's raining and making crafts with family and friends.

Dan Lowry
Coatings Engineer
Dan has 25 years of experience in the thermal spray coatings business and has held both technical and management roles. Most of his experience and interest lies in coatings for the aerospace industry.
Dan likes playing guitar, kayaking, fishing, camping and describes himself as a novice aviator. Being a native of the Indianapolis area, he is a die hard COLTS fan and loves any type of auto racing.
